Inside A 24-Hour Print Turnaround: 200 Tees To The Netherlands By Monday

Today we did what we do best. Twenty years in and still surprising customers.

Order placed Friday afternoon. Artwork checked, approved and queued.
Come Monday morning, our team were in early, presses warmed, films burned and garments counted.
By lunchtime, 200 navy T-shirts were printed to spec, QC’d, packed and labelled.
By close of play, they were on their way to the Netherlands for Octopus Energy.

This is what The T Shirt Man is built for: fast turnarounds without cutting corners.

  • Consistent colour and print quality across every size

  • Robust pre-press checks so artwork lands exactly as approved

  • Reliable dispatch with tracking and proactive updates

  • A team that treats deadlines like promises, not targets

Why speed does not mean compromise

Speed is only impressive when the quality holds up. Our setup pairs screen printing for bulk speed with DTG and DTF for smaller runs and colour-heavy artwork, so we can select the right method for your brief. Every job passes through three checkpoints: pre-press sign-off, on-press swatch check, and end-of-line QC. If it is not right, it does not ship.

How we keep urgent jobs on track

  1. Artwork triage: We inspect files for resolution, sizing, colours and placements, then confirm print method and timelines.

  2. Production scheduling: Your job is slotted into the correct press with the right inks, meshes and dryers pre-set.

  3. Proof and approval: You sign off a digital proof so what you approved is what gets printed.

  4. On-press checks: First prints are measured and colour-checked against Pantones.

  5. QC and packing: Each size run is checked, counted and boxed with clear labels.

  6. Dispatch and tracking: We book the right courier for your deadline and share tracking the moment it is live.

What it costs to go fast

Express work is priced transparently. You pay for the garment, the print, and an express production surcharge when we move you to the front of the queue. If we can avoid the surcharge by scheduling smartly, we will. Ask and we will advise the most cost-effective route based on your deadline.

Sustainability you can trust

We prioritise water-based and phthalate-free plastisol inks, recycle misprints into shop rags, and batch-cure to reduce energy use. If you need organic cotton or recycled polyester garments, our team can recommend stock that balances ethics, comfort and cost.

Ready to move fast?

If you have a last-minute event, a launch, or a nationwide roll-out, we can help. Tell us your quantities, sizes, artwork and deadline and we will take it from there.

FAQs

Can you really print and ship next day?
Yes, for in-stock garments and approved artwork received before our cut-off. We will confirm feasibility when we see your brief.

What print method is best for my job?
Bulk runs with solid colours are ideal for screen print. Complex, full-colour art or small runs may suit DTG or DTF. We will recommend the best option.

Do you ship to the EU?
Yes. We ship across Europe and can advise on paperwork and timelines.

Can you match brand colours?
We mix inks to Pantone references and test on the garment colour you choose.
