We specialise in providing high-quality screen printing services using the Adelco Cyclone automatic 6 colour screen for your custom apparel needs. Whether you’re a business, organisation, or just looking to create custom t-shirts for an event, we’ve got you covered.

Minimum Order Requirement: 100 Garments

Unlike some of our other printing methods, we have a minimum order requirement of 100 garments. This ensures that we can provide you with the best quality and cost-effective pricing for your screen printed items.

Turnaround Time

While we strive to meet your deadlines and get orders printed and dispatched as quickly as possible, we want to be transparent about our turnaround time. We try to get all orders out within your desired window however we do not offer a guarantee on turnaround time, some simple orders are printed within a 3 – 5 day window. However, some orders may take longer at upto 10 – 14 days and possibly longer depending on multiple factors.

Artwork Setup Time: Screen print setup can be time consuming with screen errors with emulsion and frame setup. We want to ensure that your design is flawless before it goes to print.
Backlog of Orders: We are often busy fulfilling orders from various clients, which can create a backlog. While we work diligently to manage this backlog, it can impact turnaround times.
Print Queue: We operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. Large orders or complex designs may take longer due to their place in the print queue.
Order Issues: In rare cases, orders may encounter issues during printing. When this happens, it requires additional time to resolve the problem, clean the equipment, and set up for the reprint or next job.
