- Artwork Setup Time: Screen print setup can be time consuming with screen errors with emulsion and frame setup. We want to ensure that your design is flawless before it goes to print.
- Backlog of Orders: We are often busy fulfilling orders from various clients, which can create a backlog. While we work diligently to manage this backlog, it can impact turnaround times.
- Print Queue: We operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. Large orders or complex designs may take longer due to their place in the print queue.
- Order Issues: In rare cases, orders may encounter issues during printing. When this happens, it requires additional time to resolve the problem, clean the equipment, and set up for the reprint or next job.
