Why I first used you: because you were just across the corridor! And you were cheap.
-How I've found the experience: quality is great. -I would suggest a really good improvement (you might already be doing this) is to guarantee the time in which garments etc will be ready. Ie offering a guaranteed 3 day service or something. Any maybe a free can of cider with every shirt!!! (or maybe just for me!!) Just a thought. Hope that helps! : -

We used you because you were the most ethical but most importantly the cheapest and a friend of the society! the quality is still good as is the print, it did shrink a little after the first wash but i ordered a mahoooosive hoodie so it didn't matter and i haven't heard of anyone elses doing the same...at least i hope it was the hoodie shrinking!!! i found your company one of the nicest to work with any problems and you re-done it or gave discounts which was a nice change from the large company's who forget customer care!, take care!
