-How I've found the experience: quality is great. -I would suggest a really good improvement (you might already be doing this) is to guarantee the time in which garments etc will be ready. Ie offering a guaranteed 3 day service or something. Any maybe a free can of cider with every shirt!!! (or maybe just for me!!) Just a thought. Hope that helps!
